Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 8+. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Weight: Total weight for Paddle Boards cannot exceed 350 pounds.
• Height: Recommended for participants under 7 feet tall.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included (8+).
• Individuals with disabilities: The experience provider is able to assist participants in wheelchairs.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1.5 hours
• What’s included: 
  • Watertight bag for belongings
  • Waterproof cases for cell phones
  • Complimentary cold refreshments
• Who will be present: You and your pup.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
• Specific rules to follow: 
  • Glass, alcohol, styrofoam, smoking & drugs are prohibited
  • Bring your trash back to shore. Keep nature as you found her. 
  • Be polite & friendly to others out on the water.
  • Must have Valid ID for each guest
  • Review & sign the waiver prior to arrival

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
• Parking: There is public parking. Please allow extra time to find a parking spot.
• What to wear: Water shoes & comfortable attire that will protect you from the sun.
• What to bring: Sunscreen, hydration & towels.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms that can be used to change in.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 6 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 6 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
