Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All age groups are welcome, although due to the physical nature of flyboarding, it's most suited for those who can handle moderate physical activity.
• Health limitations: Not suitable for participants with back or neck problems, or those who are pregnant.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome; no prior flyboarding experience is necessary.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Due to safety and equipment size, the experience is best suited for adults and children over a certain size and strength; typically recommended for teenagers and older.
• Individuals with disabilities: This activity may not be suitable for individuals with certain physical disabilities due to the nature of the equipment and balance required. Please contact us for more details if necessary.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed on the boat.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Expect to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour, with about 30 minutes of actual flyboarding time.
• What’s included: The session includes all necessary flyboarding equipment, a life jacket, helmet, and instructions from a qualified instructor.
• Who will be present: You will be with a certified flyboarding instructor who will guide you through the entire process and ensure your safety.
• Photo/video: You are encouraged to bring your camera or waterproof phone to capture this unique experience. Bags will be kept safe and dry on the boat.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor, and remember to respect marine life and the environment.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience is weather-dependent; please check with us close to your booking date to confirm conditions.
• Arrival: Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to get fitted for equipment.
• Parking: Available at the marina; details will be provided upon booking.
• What to wear: Swimwear is essential; additionally, a wetsuit might be recommended depending on weather conditions.
• What to bring:
  • Towels, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
  • A camera for photos, if desired.
  • Cash for gratuities, as it’s customary to tip the instructor for their guidance and support.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Available at the marina.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 1 week before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 1 week in advance means losing the value of your experience.
