What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 2–3 hours depending on group engagement and design complexity.

  • All materials provided, including a 9x9 wooden pine frame, preserved mosses, processed leaves, flowers, ornaments, glue gun, glue sticks, scissors, gloves, and decorative accents.
  • Step-by-step instruction and design guidance from an experienced instructor.
  • A finished moss wall art piece to take home.
• Who will be present: A professional instructor will guide participants. Each session can host up to 40 guests.
• Spectators: Only registered guests may participate; spectators are not permitted.
• Photo/ video: Photography is encouraged to capture progress and the finished artwork.
• Specific rules to follow: Guests must handle tools with care and follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience and operates regardless of weather.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and setup.
• Parking: Public parking and street parking are available near the San Jose studio.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing that may get a bit messy; aprons are provided.
• What to bring:
  • Enthusiasm and creativity — all materials are included.
  • Personal water bottle (optional).
  • Phone or camera for photos.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available onsite; lockers and changing rooms are not necessary.

• Workshops can be shortened or extended between 2–3 hours to suit scheduling needs.
