• Experience level: All levels are welcome; this class is beginner-friendly, and most participants are first-timers.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 2–3 hours depending on design complexity and participant pace.

• Who will be present: A professional instructor will guide the group, with up to 40 participants per session.

• Specific rules to follow: Participants must follow safety rules for using tufting guns and materials.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience and will take place regardless of weather conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and setup.
• Parking: Street and public parking options are available near the San Jose studio.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing that can get slightly dusty or covered in yarn fibers.
• What to bring:

  • A personal water bottle (optional).
  • Phone or camera to take photos.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available onsite; lockers and changing rooms are not needed.
