Individuals with disabilities: Some venues on the route are not wheelchair accessible due to the historic nature of the French Quarter. Special arrangements can sometimes be made with the guide.
Pets: Pets are not allowed. Service animals are permitted.

Spectators: Not applicable—every participant must have a ticket.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is a walking tour and operates rain or shine.
Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to check in at the Lighthouse Ticket Office at the Steamboat NATCHEZ dock (400 Toulouse St, directly behind JAX Brewery).
Parking: Walking is recommended, as the French Quarter has limited vehicle access. If driving, plan ahead for downtown parking.
What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
What to bring:
Valid photo ID (required for entry)
Cash or card for gratuities or extra drinks
What’s not allowed: Outside beverages.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms will be available at some of the bar stops. No lockers or changing facilities provided.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
