How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Outdoor attractions are weather dependent. It is recommended to check with the experience provider directly if you have any concerns about weather. 
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance to any experience that requires a booking. 
• Parking: Parking may be available, please check with the attraction directly for parking information.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather conditions.
• What to bring: Photo identification and any personal items needed for the attractions of your choice (sunscreen, hat, etc.).
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at each attraction.

When does my All-Inclusive Pass expire?

Your pass is valid for the number of days you choose (e.g., 1 day) and activates when you visit your first attraction.

Do I need to reserve my spot at attractions in advance?

While most attractions allow walk-ins, some may require reservations. Check the Go City app or website for specific details.

How do I get my Go City All-Inclusive Pass?

Once purchased, your pass will be emailed to you. Download it to the Go City app or print it out for easy access.

What happens if I lose my pass?

No worries—contact Go City customer support for help. To avoid losing it, save your pass in the app!

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
