Health limitations: Not recommended for those with mobility issues due to uneven terrain and stairs at the Cave of the Winds
Physical limitations: Participants should be able to walk for 30–60 minutes and navigate stairs and wet surfaces
Who can you accommodate for?
Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included
Individuals with disabilities: This tour is not fully wheelchair accessible due to stairs and uneven walkways; service animals are allowed
Languages: Tour is conducted in English only
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed
What to expect on the day of the experience?
Duration: Approximately 4 hours
What’s included: Guided tour, first access to the Maid of the Mist boat ride, elevator entry to the observation tower, and timed entry to Cave of the Winds
Who will be present: A professional tour guide will lead the group; other guests may be joining, with a maximum of 20 participants total
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation
