What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 4 hours
• What’s included: Expert guide for Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island portions, round-trip ferry tickets, entry to both museums, and an Ellis Island audio guide
• Who will be present: A licensed guide will lead the group; up to 25 people may join the tour
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged throughout the tour
• Specific rules to follow: Security screening is required before boarding the ferry; participants must follow ferry and site guidelines

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance
• Parking: Paid parking is available nearby starting location
• What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing
• What to bring:

• Participants can return from Ellis Island at their own pace after the guided portion concludes

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
