Travel to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to witness the grandeur of Kilauea at the Uekahuna Overlook and explore the fascinating steam vents that showcase the island's volcanic activity. The journey continues through Hilo, where you'll drive by significant landmarks like Banyan Drive and the King Kamehameha Statue, concluding with a refreshing stop at the misty Rainbow Falls.

  • What’s included: Round-trip flights from Oahu to Hawaii Island, tour transportation on Hawaii Island, entrance fees, guided tours at Kona Joe Coffee Plantation, Pu’uhonua O Honaunau, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, and various other sites, lunch at Punalu’u Bake Shop, and live narration by an expert guide.
  • Who will be present: A local expert guide will lead the tour, providing insights and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Photo/video: Photography is encouraged throughout the tour; however, drones may not be permitted in certain areas.
  • Specific rules to follow: Please follow all safety instructions provided by the guide, especially at volcanic sites.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This experience is subject to weather conditions, especially for flying and at the volcanoes.
  • Arrival: Check in for your flight at least 90 minutes before the scheduled departure.
  • Parking: Available at the departure airport. Check local options and rates.
  • What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes, clothing suitable for variable weather conditions (layers recommended).
  • What to bring: Government-issued photo ID is required for airline check-in. Bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera. Consider bringing a light raincoat.
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available at multiple stops. No lockers or changing rooms, so come prepared for the day.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
