  • Clear single kayak: cannot exceed 350 pounds
  • Clear paddle board: cannot exceed 200 pounds
  • Clear tandem kayak: combined weight cannot exceed 350 pounds and individual weight cannot exceed 175 pounds.
  • Adult paddle board (not clear): cannot exceed 250 pounds
  • Tandem kayak (not clear): combined weight cannot exceed 500 pounds
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All children under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian with them on the tour. 
• Individuals with disabilities: The tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 5 hours including a 1 hour horseback ride and 1.5 hours of paddling.
• What’s included: 
  • Paddleboard or kayak, and all safety gear
  • Dry bag for keys and phone
  • Local guide & lesson
• Who will be present: Your tour guide and up to 10 other participants.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged! 
• Specific rules to follow: Your guide will provide you with all rules the day of the tour.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This tour is weather dependent. Please reach out to the experience provider directly if you have any concerns about the weather.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance.
• Parking: Parking is available at the meeting location. There is no public transportation nearby.
• What to wear: A bathing suit or workout attire for the paddle and close-toed shoes and pants for the horseback riding portion of the experience. A hoodie or jacket is recommended if it’s chilly.
• What to bring:
  • A bottle of water, sunscreen, and sunglasses
  • A towel and change of clothing for after the paddle
  • Gratuity for your guide is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour. $10-$20 per person is suggested.
• Restrooms: It is recommended to use the restroom before you arrive.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• The guided horseback riding portion of this tour is approximately 20 miles from the paddle launch near downtown Orlando. These two locations were carefully chosen because they are simply the best.
• Swimming is not needed for kayaking or paddleboarding. To stay safe, wear a personal floatation device at all times. If participants are not comfortable on the water or cannot swim, please let your guide know prior to the start of the tour.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
