  • Who will be present: Paranormal Investigator Ginger Mason leads the tour; up to 15 participants may join each tour.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket.
  • Photo/ video: Guests may take personal photos and short videos; the company may also use photos, videos, and recordings for marketing purposes.
  • Specific rules to follow: No alcohol or disruptive behavior is allowed. Tours are conducted outdoors and do not enter buildings.
    How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: Runs rain or shine as tours are outdoors.
  • Arrival: Arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Meet your guide on the steps of the Carnegie Library at 515 10th Ave W, Palmetto, FL 34221.
  • Parking: Local street and nearby public parking options are available around the Carnegie Library.
  • What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
  • What to bring:
  • Bottled water.
  • Camera or phone for photos.
  • Cash or card for gratuities (optional).
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No facilities are provided during the tour.

  • Tours are taken at your own risk; the provider is not responsible for injuries or lost items.
  • The route may vary depending on paranormal activity or local events. No two nights are the same, and ghostly encounters are always a possibility.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
