What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 3.5 hours.
What’s included: Included in your tour are wine tastings at three of Paso Robles' finest wineries, scenic sidecar rides, a cooler with water, and the company of a knowledgeable private guide.
Who will be present: You'll be guided by a dedicated sidecar operator; the tour caters to couples and small groups, up to 10 people total.
Specific rules to follow: A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to all reservations. Intoxication upon arrival will lead to a cancellation with a rescheduling fee of $50.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Tours proceed rain or shine. We're equipped to ensure your safety and comfort in various conditions.
Arrival: Aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled tour to stay on schedule.
Parking: Available at the barrel station across from Cass Winery tasting room.
What to wear: Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather; layers recommended.
What to bring: Bring your ID for wine tasting, a camera for photos, and a spirit of adventure! Tips for your guide are appreciated but not included in the tour price.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Being more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling your tour with a $50 fee. To avoid this, please reschedule at least 72 hours in advance.
In case of severe weather that impacts the tour's safety, you may need to reschedule. If the new date doesn’t work for you, a refund in the form of a digital gift card will be provided.
For guests traveling from afar, proof of travel is needed for a full refund in case of cancellation.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
