  • Physical limitations: Participants need to be able to ride an elevator and climb two flights of stairs to reach the observation deck.

  • Children: Children 3 years old and under can join general admission for free. Participants must be at least 42 inches tall to join the tower tour.
  • Individuals with disabilities: The museum offers accessibility accommodations, and wheelchairs are available onsite. The Ford Island Control Tower can accommodate wheelchairs up to 24 inches wide for applicable tower experiences.
  • Languages: Free audio tours are available in English, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Pets: Service animals are permitted, but pets are not allowed.
