• Physical limitations: Must be able to ride a bike independently or use attachments such as tag-a-longs or trailers.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children are welcome if accompanied by an adult. No child under 18 will be provided a bike without an adult over 18 present.
• Dietary restrictions: Customizable food spread is available, allowing for dietary preferences like vegan, vegetarian, etc.
• Languages: Available in English, German, Spanish, French, or Dutch.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The experience includes a 2-hour bike tour and 1-hour picnic.
• What’s included: A guided bike ride, Cannondale bike rental, helmet, basket/bike bag, and a map. A catered picnic experience with options for different menu choices.
• Who will be present: You will have a licensed NYC tour guide throughout the experience. The tour is private and customizable.
• Spectators: This is a participatory experience; no spectators are allowed.
• Photo/video: You are encouraged to take your own photos, and the guide will stop for photo opportunities.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow all traffic laws and the guide’s instructions during the tour.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience will run rain or shine. A picnic blanket, pillows, and a customized food spread are included for the picnic. However, during the winter season, if temperatures drop below 30°F temporary store closures may need to be implemented to ensure the safety of guests and staff members.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance at Unlimited Biking, 56 W 56th Street, New York, NY 10019.
• What to wear: Dress comfortably for biking. Helmets are provided.
• What to bring: Bring a government-issued photo ID and a credit card for bike security. Water bottles are recommended.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: No changing rooms available, but rest stops will be included during the tour.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
