Individuals with disabilities: Unfortunately, this experience is not ADA accessible.
Languages: The tour will be given in English.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (up to 15 people).
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
Specific rules to follow: No customer under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: Parking may be available in the area.
What to wear: Clothes and shoes you can easily bike in.
What to bring: Passport or ID card and a credit card
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Please use any facilities before the tour begins.

The partner provides all the necessary equipment for a journey of exploration through Central Park, guided by our licensed NYC tour guide.

During this two-hour guided bike tour, visitors will make various stops near key Central Park attractions, while our guides provide a detailed commentary on the park's history and point out popular sights and hidden gems. Explore iconic locations such as the Bow Bridge, Strawberry Fields, Literary Walk, Alice in Wonderland Statue, Kerb’s Boathouse, and more. Additionally, Central Park has served as the backdrop for numerous movies and TV shows - discover where some of the most iconic scenes were filmed.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
