With a capacity of up to 19 guests, this water taxi boat comes with a dedicated captain and crew to guide your journey. • Children: All participants, including infants and children, must be included in the passenger count.

• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed (including emotional support animals).

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 Hour
• What’s included: Private boat charter with a dedicated captain and crew.
• Who will be present: A captain and crew will be present at all times. Up to 19 total participants.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged; feel free to take your own.
• Specific rules to follow: No smoking (nicotine or cannabis) or illegal drugs are allowed onboard.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to departure time for check-in.
• Parking: Harbor lots are monitored 7 days a week, including holidays. Allow up to 30 minutes to find parking, especially on weekends, holidays, and during summer months.
• What to wear: Comfortable attire; high heels are not permitted. Sweaters/Jackets are recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Food: Bring your own or purchase snacks onboard. Bring plates, napkins, etc.
  • Drinks: Beer, wine, soda, water, and juice are available for purchase. Corkage fees apply for bringing your own champagne, wine, beer, and seltzers. Bring your own cups. No hard spirits or cocktails. Small soft-sided cooler bags are allowed. Valid, hardcopy ID is required for all passengers planning to consume alcohol.
  • Fun items: Sailor hats and "How Lil' Toot Got His Smile" books are available for purchase. No balloons or lit candles. Use Spotify for music onboard; make playlists public in advance.
  • Gratuity for your captain if you enjoy your cruise. Suggested gratuity is $52-$70.
• Restrooms: Available onboard.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Traffic Update: Allow extra travel time due to stop-and-go summer traffic and construction on Northbound 101 (Ventura to Santa Barbara).

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
