Health limitations: Most passengers do not experience any discomfort due to seasickness. However, if you are particularly susceptible to seasickness, you may consider using a patch or taking seasick pills as a precaution.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children under 5 years old can join for free but need to be signed up at the time of reservation.
Languages: An audio tour is available in 7 languages, that will guide you through San Francisco's landmarks as you sail past them.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

- A 1.5-hour romantic Sunset Sail on the San Francisco Bay
- One complimentary drink included per ticket
Who will be present: You will have a captain and crew with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Severe weather in this area of California is rare and cruises will proceed as scheduled in light rain and other mild weather conditions. Both boats have 360-degree, protected viewing areas! In the rare event that it is necessary to cancel a cruise, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your tickets (subject to availability).
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes in advance.
Parking: Parking available on location.
What to wear: Casual attire such as jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and comfortable shoes are what most people opt to wear.
What to bring: An additional layer of clothing or a jacket, especially for cooler temperatures is recommended.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are bathrooms available onboard for your convenience. However, it is recommended to use the bathroom prior to boarding.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Life jackets for both kids and adults will be provided, ensuring everyone's safety during the sail.

It's the perfect opportunity to create a memorable date night with your loved one. As you sail away, watch the city gradually light up behind you while the iconic Golden Gate Bridge shimmers in the dwindling sunlight. This magical experience is not only breathtaking but also easy on the wallet, ensuring an unforgettable evening without breaking the bank.

Please Note:

Arrive 30 minutes early to find parking and locate us on Pier 39, Gate J, next to the sea lions
Bring a jacket to stay warm as the temperature may drop during the evening sail
Wear soft-soled shoes for comfort and ease of movement on the boat
One drink is included with each ticket, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the sunset with a refreshing beverage
Outside beverages are not permitted onboard
Cruises proceed as scheduled in light rain and mild weather conditions, as severe weather in this area is rare
Boats are equipped with 360-degree, protected viewing areas for your comfort
While our usual route includes sailing by Alcatraz and under the Golden Gate Bridge, the captain may adjust the route based on weather conditions and overall safety considerations

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
