Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants, including infants and children, must be included in the passenger count. Children under 12 must wear life jackets provided.
• Individuals with disabilities: Unfortunately, the boats do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed (including emotional support animals).

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1H30
• What’s included: Private electric boat with a captain, ability to bring your own snacks, appetizers, beverages, beer, and wine.
• Who will be present: A captain will be present at all times. Up to 6 total participants.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged; feel free to take your own.
• Specific rules to follow: No smoking (nicotine or cannabis) or illegal drugs are allowed onboard.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Departure location may change due to weather/sea conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to departure time for check-in.
• Parking: Harbor lots are monitored 7 days a week, including holidays. Allow 30-45 minutes to find parking, especially on weekends, holidays, and during summer months.
• What to wear: Comfortable attire; high heels are not permitted.
• What to bring:
  • Food and beverages (champagne, wine, beer, and seltzers; no hard spirits or cocktails).
  • No hard-sided coolers; small soft-sided cooler bags are allowed.
  • Gratuity for your captain if you enjoy your cruise. Suggested gratuity is $33-$44.
• Restrooms: Available onboard.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Traffic Update: Allow extra travel time due to stop-and-go summer traffic and construction on Northbound 101 (Ventura to Santa Barbara).

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
