What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1H30
• What’s included: Sunset cruise with access to a full bar onboard offering drinks and snacks for purchase.
• Who will be present: A captain and crew will be present at all times. Up to 46 total participants.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged; feel free to take your own.
• Specific rules to follow: No smoking (nicotine or cannabis) or illegal drugs are allowed onboard.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The cruise is weather dependent. Guests will be notified of any cancellations due to adverse weather or sea conditions. If a trip is canceled, guests can reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time for check-in.
• Parking: Limited paid parking is available on Stearns Wharf. Additional paid public parking lots are along the waterfront. Allow 30-45 minutes to find parking, especially on weekends, holidays, and during summer months.
• What to wear: Comfortable attire; high heels are not permitted. Sweaters/Jackets and sunscreen are recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Valid, hardcopy ID for passengers consuming alcohol.
  • Credit or debit card for onboard purchases; no cash accepted.
• Restrooms: Available onboard.

• Traffic Update: Allow extra travel time due to stop-and-go summer traffic and construction on Northbound 101 (Ventura to Santa Barbara).

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
