What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour.
• What's included:
  • Public Llama Llessons where you'll learn about llamas, take photos, and laugh with your fellow participants.
  • Two llama wranglers who will provide over 150 facts about these fascinating animals.
• Who will be present:
  • Public Llama Llessons: Up to 50 participants.
  • Two llama wranglers will accompany the group at all times.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/video: You may take your own photos, and photos are encouraged.
• Specific rules to follow: Not allowed to smoke. Follow the guide's rules. Each ticket-holder must arrive with a signed copy of the release of liability form.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience in an air-conditioned barn.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20 minutes in advance.
• Parking: You may park your car at the designated parking lot.
• What to wear:
  • Comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes.
  • Consider bringing a light sweater due to the air conditioning.
• What to bring:
  • Signed release of liability form (serves as your admission ticket).
  • Camera for photos.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: No changing rooms, but there are bathroom facilities available.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
