• Who will be present: Professional crew members will operate the vessel and assist guests. Other passengers will be onboard the cruise.

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted onboard or while waiting in the boarding line.

• Weather dependency: This experience runs rain or shine. Cruises are rarely canceled due to weather; boats feature heated interiors with large viewing windows.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may board the next available departure on the same day if space allows.
