Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included. Children under the age of 8 must have an appropriate child seat for the city tour.
Individuals with disabilities: All boats are wheelchair accessible on the first deck.
Languages: The live tour of the city is fully guided in English. For foreign language speakers, recorded audio guides are offered in: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language when booking.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 7 hours (with a 2 hour lunch break)
What’s included:
- 4-hour “hop-on, hop-off”, fully-narrated San Francisco morning City Tour
- Ticket for the "Escape from the Rock" 90-minute cruise
- Convenient pick-up from two San Francisco locations
- Expert local guide commentary provided in English
- Option for foreign language audio for city tour available (please specify at checkout)
- Meals or beverages, admission to Alcatraz Island, and guide gratuity are NOT included
Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged! During the tour, several 10-15 minute stops will be made at stunning locations such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, the Presidio, and Land’s End, allowing you ample time to snap incredible photos.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at the pickup point a few minutes in advance. Once you've completed the City tour, head over to the Pier 41 ticket window for Blue and Gold Fleet to exchange your voucher for a cruise ticket. Remember to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the cruise departure time stated on your voucher to ensure a smooth and timely boarding process.
What to wear: San Francisco's weather can be as unpredictable as a twist in a mystery novel, so it is recommended to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.
What to bring:
- Valid government-issued ID
- Water bottle, hat, sunscreen, camera, and an umbrella
- Cash and/ or credit card
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms but we will stop for bathroom breaks.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

For those lodging outside downtown San Francisco, it is recommended to use a shared ride service or public transportation to reach the Union Square area for a convenient meeting point.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
