Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  Infants under the age of 1-years old are free all year round.
• Individuals with disabilities: The facility is wheelchair accessible and provides accessible restrooms and elevators.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed. Only certified service animals are permitted.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 2 hours total for spa treatments + however long you choose to use the facilities
  • 45 minutes for the De-Stress Massage, 45 minutes for the De-Stress Wrap, and 30 minutes for the Hydro Hot Tub

• Spectators: Only guests receiving services may enter treatment areas.
• Photo/ video: Photography is not allowed in spa or treatment areas.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • No outside food or drinks allowed.
  • Phones and electronics prohibited in relaxation and hydro areas.
  • Guests must follow posted spa etiquette and staff instructions at all times.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience and runs regardless of weather.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment for check-in, locker access, and preparation.
• Parking: On-site valet and self-parking are available for a fee.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and a swimsuit for hydrotherapy. Robes, slippers, and towels are provided.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Admission grants full-day access to Spa Castle’s pools, saunas, and relaxation areas.
• The experience is designed for total relaxation; guests are encouraged to hydrate before and after treatments.
• Guests showing signs of illness or intoxication may be refused entry for safety reasons.
• The body wrap and massage use natural exfoliants and detoxifying mud; mild redness after treatment is normal.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
