• Age: All ages are welcome; however, guests under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Health limitations: Guests with heart disease, diabetes, or blood pressure concerns should consult a physician before using spa pools or body scrub services. Pregnant individuals should seek medical approval prior to booking.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Infants under the age of 1-years old are free all year round.
• Individuals with disabilities: Spa Castle is wheelchair accessible and offers accessible facilities, including elevators and ramps.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted; only service animals are allowed as per ADA guidelines.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 60 minutes for the Ultimate Glow Body Scrub, plus additional time for check-in and spa facility access.
• What’s included:
  • Admission to the Spa Castle facility for as long as you like (including pools, saunas, and relaxation areas), but there is no re-entry once leaving the facility.
  • A 60-minute full-body exfoliation using traditional Korean scrubbing techniques.
  • Robes, towels, & slippers (A robe and towel deposit may be required and is refunded upon return.)
• Who will be present: Licensed spa technicians perform the treatment; guests share the spa facility with other visitors.
• Spectators: Only paying guests are permitted in treatment areas.
• Photo/ video: Photography is prohibited in locker rooms, saunas, and treatment areas.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • No outside food, drinks, or personal care products allowed.
  • No phone use in quiet or nude zones.
  • Guests must follow spa etiquette and staff instructions at all times.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience and operates regardless of weather.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment to allow for check-in, locker assignment, and preparation.
• Parking: Valet and self-parking options are available for an additional fee.
• What to wear: Bathing suits are required in communal pool areas; robes and slippers are provided.

• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Lockers, changing areas, and showers are available for all guests.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Admission includes full-day access to Spa Castle’s saunas, hydrotherapy pools, and relaxation areas.
• Guests showing signs of intoxication, open wounds, or contagious conditions may be denied entry for safety reasons.
• The body scrub is performed using traditional Korean exfoliation methods; some pressure and skin redness are normal after treatment.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
