Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All ages are welcome; however, children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Health limitations: Guests with heart disease, diabetes, or blood pressure concerns should consult a physician before using spa pools.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children of all ages are allowed; minors (17 or under) must be supervised by a guardian at all times.  Infants under the age of 1-years old are free all year round.
• Individuals with disabilities: Spa Castle offers accessible parking, ramps, and accommodations to support accessibility.
• Dietary restrictions: Not directly relevant to the facial, though food and beverage purchases in the facility may be subject to standard menu options.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted; only service animals may be allowed per facility policy.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration:
  • Admission to the spa; guests are welcome to stay as long as they desire. However, there are no re-entries
  • 45 minutes for the PuriCare Algae Renewal Facial, plus time for check-in and spa facility access.
• What’s included: Spa admission to facility amenities (pools, saunas, relaxation areas) plus the 45-minute algae facial treatment.
• Who will be present: Licensed esthetician or facial therapist, spa staff, and other guests sharing the spa environment.
• Spectators: Only guests with valid spa admissions and treatment reservations are permitted; non-guests cannot enter spa areas.
• Photo/ video: Photography is restricted in locker rooms and certain spa areas.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Absolutely no vaping or smoking indoors and outdoor pool areas. The smoking zone (Sundeck) is located on the 3rd floor, past the restrooms.
  • Robes must be worn over swimwear outside of pool or sauna zones.
  • No outside food or beverages allowed.
  • No cell phone use in nude areas, locker rooms, or spa service departments.
  • Dress code: Bathing suit needed for hydrotherapy areas, and proper spa attire required elsewhere.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience; weather will not affect operations except for facility access.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before treatment time for check-in and locker assignment.
• Parking: Valet parking is available for an additional fee. Street parking also available nearby.
• What to wear: Swimwear under robe or spa attire; no outside footwear allowed in the facility.
• What to bring:
  • Valid photo ID (required for admission)
  • Swimsuit
  • Personal items stored in locker (robes, towels, & slippers are provided) Robes and hand towels require a refundable deposit, returned when items are returned.
  • Payment for tax, gratuities, and any additional services or food/drinks
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Lockers and restrooms are available; personal items must be stored in lockers.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Admission grants unlimited access to hydrotherapy pools, Sauna Valley, lounges, bath areas, and wellness classes (except for service treatments).
• Violation of any policies (e.g. cellphone use in nude areas, outside food, misuse of property) may result in ejection without refund.
• Guests with contagious illnesses, skin conditions, or those under the influence may be denied entry.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
