• What happens after I order a LongHorn Steakhouse gift card?
  • After you place an order, you will receive an email containing your Giftory voucher for this product. Prior to redemption, all Giftory vouchers are fully exchangeable. Assuming a dining experience is what you’re looking for, you’ll simply redeem your Giftory voucher and be issued a LongHorn Steakhouse gift card via email which you can use at 500 locations nationwide for dine-in or pickup.
  • You must download your ticket before going to the restaurant.
• What’s included: A LongHorn Steakhouse Gift Card redeemable at over 500 locations nationwide. 
• Arrival: Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are advised to ensure you can enjoy your dining experience on the day of your choice. It is suggested to arrive promptly at your reserved time. 
• What to bring: A copy of your LongHorn Steakhouse gift card, which you will receive via email after redeeming your Giftory voucher.

Additional Considerations

• For highly anticipated games (rivalries, playoffs), ticket demand is high; secure tickets in advance.
• Respect the code of conduct and behavior standards established by the venue, failure to comply can result in ejection or suspension of future access.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

All bookings are final and no cancellations will be allowed once the experience is booked. The rescheduling policy will depend on the hotel and restaurant chosen.
