• Health limitations: Not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues.
• Physical limitations: Must be able to handle moderate physical activity and off-road terrain.
• Experience level: Basic off-road techniques will be taught; no prior experience necessary.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: This experience is not suitable for children under 16 years old. All participants must have a ticket.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 1 hour, including 30 minutes of driving time.
• What’s included: Use of EzRaider Stand-Up ATVs, safety gear, and expert guide instruction.
• Who will be present: Each participant will drive their own ATV, accompanied by expert guides.
• Photo/ video: Participants are encouraged to bring cameras to capture their experience.
• Specific rules to follow: Strict adherence to guide instructions for safety; face coverings may be required due to dust.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The adventure operates in all weather conditions.
• Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• What to wear: Closed-toed shoes are mandatory. Comfortable clothing and a light cover-up recommended.
• Parking: The activity's physical address is 91-1780 Midway Rd., Kapolei, HI 96707. Use "Coral Crater Adventure Park" for GPS directions. Parking available at meeting site.
• What to bring:
  • Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a change of clothes if it's raining.
  • A camera to capture the experience.
  • Water to stay hydrated.
  • Cash or credit card for gratuities (not included).

• A waiver must be signed prior to participation, which can be filled out online to save time.
• This activity involves navigating technical off-road trails that may include twists, turns, and obstacles.
• Personal belongings should be stored securely; lockers may be available for rent.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
