Overview

Head to the snowy peaks of southern Vermont on a ski and snowboard day trip from New York City to Stratton Mountain, Vermont. Every package includes the round trip coach ride, and riders can choose to add a full day lift ticket.

🚡 Ride the summit gondola to the top of the mountain

🎟️ Choose the bus ride alone or add a full day lift ticket

🏔️ Carve smooth, groomed trails across the mountain

🏘️ Explore the pedestrian alpine village at the base

Stratton pairs smooth Vermont corduroy with a charming pedestrian village at its base, and this day trip from New York City brings both within reach without a long drive. Riders meet the bus at one of several city pickups in the early morning hours and settle into a heated coach for the ride north while someone else handles the highways. A trip leader travels with the group and is on hand at the mountain all day.

There are two packages to choose from. The Roundtrip Bus Only package covers the journey for anyone who already has a lift pass, and the All Area Lift & Bus package adds a full day lift ticket for the whole mountain. The summit gondola carries riders up to long, groomed runs, and the alpine village is a fun place to explore between laps. Once the lifts stop spinning, a complimentary drink is waiting before the comfortable ride back to the city.
