What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 2.5 hours.
  • What’s included: All the equipment and ingredients will be provided.
  • Who will be present:You will work with other students in groups of 2 to 4. Minimum 12 guests, maximum 26 guests will be present.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos and videos.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience

  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance

  • Parking: Street parking available. Please arrive early if you plan to drive and park.

  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms at the experience location.

  • Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

    • Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price.
    • Class level: Beginner

In this unforgettable and interactive session, you'll experience a hands-on journey to master the intricate craft of French Choux pastry. Despite its intimidating reputation, working with Choux pastry is surprisingly approachable. Our expert Pastry Chef Instructor will captivate you with a detailed demonstration, paving the way for you to follow along step-by-step as you create flawless choux dough, expertly pipe, skillfully bake, and masterfully fill to craft delectable Eclairs and Cream Puffs! By conquering these seemingly intricate recipes, you'll unveil the secret to conquering a variety of pastries that often give even seasoned bakers pause.

Before you realize it, you'll also gain a foundational understanding of Gougères, Churros, French Cruller Donuts, and Choux Beignets, further expanding your pastry repertoire!

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows mean losing the value of your experience. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $20 per person rescheduling fee.
