What to expect on the day of the experience?
  • Duration: Approximately 9.5 hours (departing 8:45 a.m., returning 6:15 p.m.). Tour may run slightly longer depending on group pace and traffic conditions.

  • Wristband, water, and cooler space for snacks and beverages (12×12 or smaller)
  • Who will be present: An expert guide leads the tour, with up to 22 participants. Other guests may join.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all attendees must purchase a ticket.
  • Photo/ video: Guests may take their own photos at distilleries; rules vary by location.
  • Specific rules to follow:
  • Guests under 21 may not drink.
  • Distillery policies must be followed at each stop.
  • No smoking on the vehicle; some distilleries provide designated smoking areas.
  • Possession of firearms or weapons is prohibited.
How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: Tours operate rain or shine; portions are outdoors. Dress accordingly.
  • Arrival: Check in at least 15 minutes before departure.
  • Parking: Recommended parking at the Omni Parking Garage or Starks Garage across the street from the Omni Hotel.
  • What to wear: Casual attire with closed-toe shoes.
  • What to bring:
  • Valid photo ID for those consuming alcohol
  • Optional 12×12 cooler with snacks and beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic permitted on the bus)
  • Gratuity for the guide (15–20% suggested)
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at each distillery and lunch location.
Anything else I should know before going on this experience?
  • Gratuity is not included in the ticket price and should be paid directly to the guide or driver.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 5 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 5 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
