  • Duration: Approximately 9 hours (departing at 8:15 a.m. and returning around 5:30 p.m.). Timing may vary slightly depending on group pace and traffic.

  • Luxury transportation (typically a 22-passenger bus)

  • Ice and bottled water provided on the bus
  • Who will be present: An expert guide leads the group, with up to 22 participants. Other guests may join the tour.
  • Spectators: Not permitted; all attendees must have a ticket.
  • Photo/ video: Personal photos are allowed at most distilleries, though restrictions may apply in certain areas.
  • Specific rules to follow:
  • Guests under 21 may not consume alcohol.
  • Smoking is not permitted on vehicles; some distilleries provide designated areas.
  • Possession of firearms or weapons is prohibited.
    How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: Tours operate rain or shine; portions of the day are outdoors. Dress accordingly.
  • Arrival: Check in at least 15 minutes before departure.
  • Parking: Recommended parking at the Omni Parking Garage or Starks Garage, both across the street from the Omni Hotel.
  • What to wear: Casual attire with closed-toe shoes.
  • What to bring:
  • Valid photo ID for alcohol tastings
  • Optional 12×12 cooler with snacks or beverages (alcohol permitted on the bus for ages 21+)
  • Gratuity for the guide/driver (15–20% suggested)
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at each distillery and at lunch.
    Anything else I should know before going on this experience?
  • Gratuity is not included in the ticket price and should be given directly to the guide or driver.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 5 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 5 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
