  • Duration: Approximately 9.25 hours (departing at 7:30 a.m. and returning around 4:45 p.m.). May vary slightly based on traffic and group pace.

  • Photo/ video: Photos are generally permitted at distilleries, though restrictions may apply in certain areas.

  • Guests under 21 may not consume alcohol.
  • Smoking is not permitted on vehicles; some distilleries provide designated smoking areas.
  • Firearms or weapons are prohibited.
    How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: Tours operate rain or shine; portions of the day are outdoors. Dress for the weather.
  • Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
  • Parking: Recommended parking at the Omni Parking Garage or Starks Garage, both located across from the hotel.
  • What to wear: Casual attire with closed-toe shoes.
  • What to bring:
  • Valid ID for tastings.
  • Optional cooler (12×12 or smaller) with snacks or beverages (alcohol permitted for 21+).
  • Suggested gratuity (15–20%) for guide/driver.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at each distillery and at the lunch stop.
    Anything else I should know before going on this experience?
  • Gratuity is not included in the ticket price and should be paid directly to the guide or driver.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 5 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 5 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
