Universal Studios Hollywood: 6–8 hours (self-guided)
If selected, CitySightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off Hollywood Route: ~2 hours (guided/self-guided)
What’s included: General admission to Universal Studios Hollywood, access to Universal CityWalk, guided Celebrity Homes Tour, if selected – Hop-On Hop-Off Hollywood Route with multilingual audio.
Who will be present: A professional driver/guide will accompany the group; other guests will be on the tour bus.
Photo/ video: Photography is encouraged at all stops.
How to prepare?
Weather dependency: Operates rain or shine.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure for the Celebrity Homes Tour.
Parking: Public paid parking is available nearby
What to wear: Comfortable clothing; a light jacket is recommended for cooler evenings.

Allowed: Small personal bags.
Not allowed: Large luggage, alcohol, smoking/vaping, non‑service pets.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available at the Ovation Hollywood Mall and at some stops; no lockers or changing rooms provided.

Allow enough time to fully enjoy both experiences, especially if planning them on the same day.
Hop-On Hop-Off buses run every 45–60 minutes; schedules may vary by season and traffic conditions.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 in advance means losing the value of your experience.
