What’s included: Guided Celebrity Homes Tour with live narration; behind-the-scenes guided Warner Bros. Studio Tour; access to famous sets, soundstages, and interactive exhibits.
Who will be present: You will be accompanied by a professional guide on both tours. Other guests may join (Celebrity Homes Tour: up to approximately 12–20 participants; Warner Bros. Studio Tour: up to approximately 12–15 participants per cart).
Spectators: No spectators are allowed — all participants must have a ticket.
Photo/video: Personal photography is encouraged in designated areas. Some studio locations may have photography restrictions.
How to prepare?
Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will operate.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled Celebrity Homes Tour check-in time.
Parking: Paid parking available near the departing location for the Celebrity Homes Tour; parking is available at Warner Bros. Studio for the studio portion of the tour.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
What to bring:
Recommended: Water bottle, sunglasses, sunscreen, portable phone charger, and a camera or smartphone for photos.
Allowed: Food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Not allowed: Large bags/luggage, non-service pets, alcohol, recreational drugs, smoking/vaping.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms available at tour stops and at Warner Bros. Studio. No secure storage available — bring only what you can carry.
Anything else I should know before going on this experience?
These are two separate tours. Guests are responsible for their own transportation between the Celebrity Homes Tour departure point and Warner Bros. Studio.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour reservations are confirmed at check-in for the Celebrity Homes Tour. If the studio is fully booked at the preferred time, an alternative time or date will be offered.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 in advance means losing the value of your experience.
