• Age: All age groups are welcome.
• Physical limitations: Visitors should be able to climb stairs, as the Vessel consists of multiple flights of steps. An elevator is available for those with mobility needs.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome—no prior experience is necessary.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants, including children, must have a ticket to enter.
• Individuals with disabilities: The Vessel is wheelchair accessible via an elevator, and service animals are allowed.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Visitors typically spend 20–45 minutes exploring the Vessel.
• What’s included: Admission to the Vessel and access to its staircases and observation points.
• Who will be present: Other visitors may be present during your experience; this is not a private activity.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged! Capture the stunning views and unique architecture.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the Vessel is open.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and good walking shoes are recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Phones and cameras are allowed for photos.
  • Food, drinks, and large bags are not allowed inside the Vessel.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the Vessel.
• Visitors are encouraged to take their time and enjoy the views, but re-entry is not allowed once you exit.

All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded. However, in the event of a closure due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, tickets can be reissued for a future date.
