Any restrictions to participate?

Age: 9+
Physical limitations: Need to be able to walk approximately 1 mile on the tour.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: This tour is not suitable for children under 9 years old. All participants must have a ticket and children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Individuals with disabilities: Unfortunately, the tour is not 100% wheelchair accessible.
Dietary restrictions: The tour provider can accommodate vegetarian and “non-pork” diets, but cannot accommodate vegan or gluten-free. Please make a note at the time of booking if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 3 hours
What’s included: An expert guide and at least 4 delicious pieces of different styles of pizza.
Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times as well as up to 16 total participants.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: Public transportation is recommended, because of the inherent challenges of parking in the city, however there is paid parking available near the meeting location. The tour will end within a half mile of the starting location.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for weather conditions.
What to bring:
- If you wish to purchase alcohol (available at 2nd stop only) then please bring a valid 21+ ID
- Gratuity for your guide is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour. Suggested amount is $10-$14 per person.
Restrooms: Restrooms will be available at tour stops.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 1 week before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 1 week in advance means losing the value of your experience.
