Age: Captain must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license. Other guests can be of any age.
Health limitations: Prior boating experience is required for the captain of the boat.
Experience level: While other guests can be beginners, the captain must have prior boating experience.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children of all ages are welcome but must be supervised by adults.
Individuals with disabilities: Please contact the service provider in advance to discuss specific needs and accommodations. The boat's accessibility for individuals with disabilities will depend on their specific requirements.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: The primary rental duration is 2 hours.
What’s included: Rental of a pontoon boat for up to 6 guests, professional orientation on navigating Hilton Head Island's waterways. Fuel is not included.
Who will be present: This is a private rental, so the group will consist of the captain and up to 5 other guests chosen by the renter.
Spectators: As this is a private rental, only those included in the rental agreement and on the boat are considered participants.
Photo/ video: Guests are encouraged to bring their cameras or smartphones to capture the scenery and possible wildlife sightings, such as dolphins.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The experience is weather dependent. It's crucial to check weather conditions before embarking and be prepared for changes in weather.
Arrival: Meet at the designated location, Think Coffee at 1 Bleecker Street in Manhattan, 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in.
What to wear: Bathing suits, sunscreen, and sun hats are recommended. Dress appropriately for the weather and water activities.
What to bring:
- Sunglasses and towels.
- Water and snacks, especially if renting the boat for longer durations.
- A valid driver’s license for the captain.
- Alcohol and tobacco are not allowed during the trip.

Remember that fuel costs are not included in the rental price, and you will be responsible for fuel used during your rental period.
Tips for any guidance or services received during the orientation or rental process are appreciated but not required.
Ensure that all participants are aware of safety procedures and rules while on board to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
