• Physical limitations: There will be a 2-3 foot step down onto Disappearing Island, and participants will wade through about a foot of water.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours.
• What’s included: A guided tour, dolphin sightings, a stop at Disappearing Island, and memories. Bottled water provided.
• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times. Other participants may join.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: Personal photos are encouraged.
• Specific rules to follow: Not allowed to smoke.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour will run rain or shine.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes in advance. Late arrivals are not refunded.
• Parking: Available at Palmetto Bay Marina.
• What to wear: Dress for the weather, and expect to wade through about a foot of water when accessing Disappearing Island.
• What to bring: Drinks, snacks, sunglasses, and hats for comfort.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms available, but restroom stops are provided.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
