Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Drivers must be 21 years or older and present a valid driver’s license. Minimum age to participate is 5 years old.
• Weight: Maximum weight per person is 250 lbs.
• Health limitations: Not for pregnant women or those with certain medical conditions.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours.
• What’s included: A 25+ mile guided tour, operating your own Creek Cat, dolphin sightings, and bottled water.
• Who will be present: A guide will be present. Other participants may join the tour.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, all must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: Personal photos are encouraged. Professional photographers are not mentioned.
• Specific rules to follow: No smoking allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour runs rain or shine.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to departure. No refunds for late arrivals.
• Parking: Available at Palmetto Bay Marina.
• What to wear: Wear clothing you don’t mind getting wet.
• What to bring:
  • Valid driver’s license (mandatory for drivers).
  • Sunglasses, hats, and other comfort items.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms or restrooms on board.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
