What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1.5 hours of dolphin watching and sightseeing.
• What’s included: A fun-filled tour with guaranteed dolphin sightings and education from local crew members.
• Who will be present: A guide and other guests will be on board.
• Spectators: All participants must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Bring your camera for photo opportunities. Personal photos are encouraged.
• Specific rules to follow: Smoking is not mentioned.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour runs rain or shine, so dress accordingly.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before departure. No refunds for being late.
• Parking: Park at the Palmetto Bay Marina (next to Black Marlin Restaurant).
• What to wear: Dress for the weather; you won’t get wet on the tour.
• What to bring:
  • Items for comfort, such as drinks, snacks, sunglasses, and hats.
  • Personal belongings like phones and electronics are allowed.

• Guaranteed dolphin sightings. No refunds for late arrivals.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
