What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Approximately 3 hours. Tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour.
  • What’s included: Tastings at a minimum of six locations featuring diverse global cuisines. Beer and wine are available for purchase at select stops.
  • Who will be present: A knowledgeable guide will lead the tour. The group size is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
  • Photo/ video: Guests are encouraged to take their own photos during the tour.
  • Specific rules to follow: Please follow the guide's instructions throughout the tour.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: Street parking may be available, but public transportation is recommended.
  • What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
  • What to bring:
    • A water bottle is recommended.
    • Phones and cameras are allowed for personal use.
    • Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
    • Personal belongings should be kept to a minimum; there is no storage space provided.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restroom availability may vary; it is recommended to use facilities before the tour begins.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
