Your approximately 2-hour excursion begins at the famous Treaty Oak, a site deeply rooted in the history of war and peace negotiations with various Native American Tribes. Riding on a comfortable bike equipped with handbrakes and gears, you'll absorb the beautiful scenery along the Lady Bird Lake trail. The journey continues as you bike down to the State Capitol grounds, delving into the stories behind Texas' founding and Austin's development into the capital city. Any restrictions to participate?

Age: 13+
Physical limitations: Need to be able to ride a bike at a moderate pace for 7-9 miles.
Experience level: All levels are welcome. However, you should feel comfortable riding on the street with light traffic as well as groomed hike and bike trails.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to rent a bike.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2.5 hours
What’s included:
- Gratuity for your friendly tour guide
- Multi-speed gravel bike, helmet, and water bottle holder
Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times, as well as up to 12 total participants.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed.
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour will run rain or shine!
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: Free street parking is available near the bike shop.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather and closed toed shoes are required.
What to bring:
- A valid ID (any state or country issued photo ID will do)
- Bottle of water (bike has a water bottle holder)
- Backpack for your things and sunscreen
Restrooms: You will stop for a bathroom break on the tour.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to one week before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than one week in advance means losing the value of your experience.
