• Age: All ages are welcome.
• Height: Participants must be at least 60" tall to operate e-bikes.
• Health limitations: Not suitable for pregnant women or those with mobility issues due to the need to ride bikes.
• Physical limitations: Must be able to ride a bicycle.
• Experience level: Suitable for all experience levels, including beginners.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children under 12 years but at least 48" tall can ride as a passenger without a ticket.
• Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed on public tours for safety reasons.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours.
• What’s included: Guided tour with a Road Captain, e-bike rental, helmet, bottled water, rider training, and a member wristband for exclusive local deals.

  • Training: Comprehensive rider training provided to ensure comfort and safety on the e-bikes.
• Who will be present: A knowledgeable Road Captain will lead the tour. The group size is limited to enhance the experience and ensure safety.
• Spectators: Not applicable; only ticketed participants can join the tour.
• Photo/ video: Participants are encouraged to bring cameras to capture the experience.
• Specific rules to follow: Closed-toe shoes required.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine, with provided ponchos for light rain. Severe weather may lead to cancellation with options for rescheduling.
• Arrival: Participants must arrive 15 minutes early for mandatory training. Late arrivals may forfeit their ticket without a refund.
• Parking: Available nearby; consider arriving early to find parking and meet the group on time.
• What to wear: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. No flip-flops, open-toe shoes, or similar sandals allowed.
• What to bring:
  • A camera or smartphone for photos.
  • A small backpack or pouch for personal items.
  • Sunglasses and sunscreen for day tours.
  • Money or a payment method for additional purchases or gratuities.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
