  • Weight: Individual participants must not exceed 250 lbs. The combined weight of two participants sharing a double Chiliboat must not exceed 450 lbs. Weight checks are conducted before each tour. Guests exceeding these limits will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund.
  • Height: Participants must be between 4'6" (54 inches / 1.37 m) and 6'5" (77 inches / 1.96 m).
  • Health limitations: This experience is not suitable for guests with claustrophobia. Guests with heart conditions or other medical concerns should consult a doctor before participating and bring any necessary medications.
  • Physical limitations: Participants must be able to pedal and operate a water bike on the Schuylkill River.
  • Experience level: All experience levels are welcome. Safety guidelines are provided before the tour.
