• Age: 18+
• Weight: Individual participants must not exceed 250 lbs. The combined weight of two participants sharing a double Chiliboat must not exceed 450 lbs. Weight checks are conducted before each tour. Guests exceeding these limits will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund.
• Height: Participants must be between 4'6" (54 inches / 1.37 m) and 6'5" (77 inches / 1.96 m).
• Health limitations: This experience is not suitable for guests with claustrophobia. Guests with heart conditions or other medical concerns should consult a doctor before participating and bring any necessary medications.
• Physical limitations: Participants must be able to pedal and operate a water bike on the Schuylkill River.
• Experience level: All experience levels are welcome. Safety guidelines are provided before the tour.

• Who will be present: A knowledgeable guide will accompany the group and share information about Philadelphia's history and culture. Chiliboats accommodate two participants per water bike.
• Spectators: Only registered participants may take part in the water-based experience.
• Photo/video: Personal photos are welcome. Space on the Chiliboat is limited, so bring only essential items.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited.
  • Participants may not jump off the Chiliboat, intentionally hit the watercraft against objects, or otherwise damage the equipment.
  • The person who makes the reservation is responsible for damage caused by negligence.
  • Admission may be refused if safety requirements or rules are not followed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an outdoor water-based experience and may be affected by weather and river conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to allow time to find parking and complete check-in. Tours depart on time.
• Parking: Allow extra time before the tour to locate parking.
• What to wear: Wear water shoes, sandals, or water-resistant sneakers suitable for boarding and disembarking. A swimsuit, sun-protection shirt, shorts or leggings, hat, and sunglasses are recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Bring only essential personal belongings, as storage space is limited.
  • Bring sun protection and any necessary medications.
  • The person who made the reservation must present identification and the credit card used to make the reservation. The identification and credit card must match.
  • Alcohol and smoking products may not be used during the experience.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
