Children: Children under 5 years old can join for free but need to be signed up at the time of reservation.
Languages: An audio tour is available in 7 languages, that will guide you through San Francisco's landmarks as you sail past them.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Severe weather in this area of California is rare and cruises will proceed as scheduled in light rain and other mild weather conditions. Both boats have 360-degree, protected viewing areas! In the rare event that it is necessary to cancel a cruise, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your tickets (subject to availability).
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes in advance.
Parking: Parking available on location.
What to wear: Casual attire such as jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and comfortable shoes are what most people opt to wear.
What to bring: An additional layer of clothing or a jacket, especially for cooler temperatures is recommended.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are bathrooms available onboard for your convenience. However, it is recommended to use the bathroom prior to boarding.

Life jackets for both kids and adults will be provided, ensuring everyone's safety during the sail.

Bar available onboard for your convenience
Arrive 30 minutes early to secure parking and locate us on Pier 39, Gate J, next to the sea lions
Dress warmly and bring a jacket to stay comfortable during the evening cruise
Wear soft-soled shoes for ease of movement on the boat
Two drinks are included with each ticket, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the city views with a refreshing beverage
Outside beverages are not allowed onboard
Cruises proceed as scheduled in light rain and mild weather conditions, as severe weather in this area is rare
Boats feature 360-degree, protected viewing areas for optimal comfort

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.

The warm months of August and September in San Francisco provided the perfect weather for the full moon sail, making it an ideal night to be out on the bay. The moon was a sight to behold, large and glowing orange in the sky! It created a truly beautiful experience. I highly recommend this particular route as it takes you along the city coastline, passing under the Bay Bridge all the way to AT&T Stadium. The romantic ambiance created by the full moonlight offers a captivating view of the city. Once the catamaran sail is up, drinks are served, and the staff was excellent.
