Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: The tour is wheelchair accessible, but please note there are cobblestone walkways which can create challenges. 
• Dietary restrictions: Due to the tour providers passion for accurately displaying the amazing foods Pike Place Market has to offer, they cannot always accommodate dietary restrictions. They will do their best and many places have options, but a few favorites simply do not.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2-2.5 hours (Tour/experience may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour/experience)
• What’s included: Food and drinks
• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (up to 14 people).
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Very occasionally, tours may be canceled due to extreme weather.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
• Parking: You may park your car at the locations noted.
• What to wear: good walking shoes & weather-appropriate clothing 
• What to bring:
  • Water
  • Hat and/or sunglasses
  • Gratuity for your guide
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms but we will stop for bathroom breaks.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
