Age: All age groups are welcome.
Physical limitations: This is a walking tour, but not too difficult.
Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children under 3 years old can join for free but need to be signed up at the time of reservation.
Individuals with disabilities: This tour is wheelchair accessible.
Dietary restrictions: can accommodate vegetarians but we cannot make substitutions for other dietary restrictions. Notification 24 hours prior to the tour is needed.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: This is a 2 hour experience
What’s included:
- Food and drinks will be served
- You will sample food at 6 of the most influential and top rated restaurants and learn the stories behind the characters that run them.
- Gratuity is not included yet customary
Who will be present: You will have a chef tour guide with you at all times as well as up to 8 total participants
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running. Fortunately, a good deal of the tour is covered.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance
Parking: Parking available on site
What to wear: Good walking shoes & appropriate clothing for the weather
What to bring: Cash for gratuity
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Public restrooms are available in the market but they aren’t always on the route of the tour. It is recommended that you go before you arrive to the starting point.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked. No-shows means losing the value of your experience.
