• Age: All age groups are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children under 3 years old can join for free if seated on a parent’s lap; children ages 4–12 qualify for a discounted children's ticket.
• Individuals with disabilities: shuttles are not wheelchair accessible, nor is there storage for baby strollers
  • If you have a wheelchair, please call the provider to make special vehicle arrangements for your tour. Some of our tours involve longer walks so if you like, you may stay on board the shuttle, near the landmark, without exiting the shuttle bus every time.
• Pets: No pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 6 hours. Tour may go slightly longer based on NYC traffic conditions.

• Who will be present: A professional local tour guide and driver will be with the group at all times. Bus capacity is intentionally limited to keep the group size small and intimate. Large same-party groups will be kept together on the same bus to the extent possible; seating is first-come, first-served.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all guests must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/video: Photos are encouraged throughout the tour at each stop.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Luggage is not permitted on board.
  • Full-size baby strollers cannot be accommodated; collapsible strollers that fit under a seat are acceptable.
  • Guests who prefer not to exit the bus at every stop are welcome to remain on board near each landmark.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the tour will be running. Buses are climate-controlled and enclosed, providing full weather protection.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Seats are held up to 10 minutes before departure; after that, outstanding reservations may be marked as "no shows." If running late, call the NYC office to reschedule.
• Parking: Paid parking is available near the departure point. SpotHero (spothero.com) is recommended for reserving parking in advance. Additional nearby options can be found via Google Maps.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and good walking shoes are recommended, as the tour includes guided walks at several stops.
• What to bring:
  • The email booking confirmation — no printing required.
  • Cash or card for optional lunch at the Gansevoort Liberty Market stop.
  • Tips for the guide and driver are not included (standard rate: 15%, or $8–$10 per person).

Anything else I should know?

• The tour departs from and returns to 7th Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets, New York, NY 10019 (middle of the block).
• The tour is closed on: NYC Half Marathon Day (Mar 16), Independence Day/July 4 (night tours only), Thanksgiving (Nov 27), Christmas Eve (Dec 24), Christmas Day (Dec 25), and New Year's Eve (Dec 31).

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
