What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 90-minute cruise.
• What’s included: Coastal-inspired drinks available for purchase, including local beer, wine, and signature cocktails.
• Who will be present: Attentive staff to take care of drink orders. Up to 70 participants can join the cruise.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged; feel free to take your own.
• Specific rules to follow: No smoking (nicotine or cannabis) or illegal drugs are allowed onboard. No outside alcohol or coolers are permitted onboard.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Departure location may change due to weather/sea conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time for check-in.
• Parking: Limited parking is available on Stearns Wharf. Additional paid public parking is along the waterfront. Allow 30-45 minutes to find parking, especially on weekends, holidays, and during summer months.
• What to wear: Comfortable attire; high heels are not permitted. Sweaters/jackets and sunscreen are recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Valid, hard copy ID for passengers planning to consume alcohol.
  • Credit or debit card for onboard purchases; no cash accepted.
  • If you are sensitive to motion sickness, we suggest taking something prior to boarding.
• Restrooms: Available onboard.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Traffic Update: Allow extra travel time due to stop-and-go summer traffic and construction on Northbound 101 (Ventura to Santa Barbara).

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
