  • Arrival: Meet at the designated location in Nashville 15 minutes before departure to ensure a timely start.
  • Parking: Available at the starting location, but it's recommended to use public transportation or ridesharing options to the meeting point.

  • What to bring: A valid government-issued ID, water, sunscreen, a hat, and optional gratuities for your guide.
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms will be available at various stops; however, there are no lockers or changing facilities.

  • Personal expenses at the World's Longest Bar are not included; guests are responsible for their own purchases there.
  • Due to the nature of this tour, it's advised to have breakfast prior to departure as the first major meal will be during the tour in Lynchburg.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 5 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 5 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
